Emily: A Senior Model

We first met Emily when we photographed her brother Derek for his Senior Portraits. Well the true story to this is Tony first met Emily when he joined Tae Kwon Do. Both Emily and Derek are in Tae Kwon Do and they can kick butt. Emily is a black belt and teaches little kids how to kick butt.

So…naturally we asked Emily if she would like to be a senior model for us and she quickly jumped on the opportunity. We were all excited to have her model and help us out to get into the senior community at her school. She is a great model and of course we were excited to do her senior portraits.

During both her senior modeling mini session and her actual senior portrait session we learned quite a bit about Emily. Such as her musical tastes, hobbies, extra curricular activities, plans for the future, etc…

Currently her musical tastes reside on Christian, Pop and Rap. Her favorite singer at the moment is Taylor Swift. I mean, who doesn’t like Taylor Swift with her catchy tunes. It’s hard to avoid listening to her, ha ha.

This girl stays busy! If she is not studying she is teaching Tae Kwon Do or in Tae Kwon Do class, FCA, Art Club, Spanish Club, NHS, NAHS, NSHSS (we don’t know what those initials stand for but they seem important), Dance, Soccer, church or hanging with family and friends. It’s like you have to be penciled in her schedule to see her. It’s clear to us that after her graduation she will be going onto college, and we are pretty sure she will do great there. Congratulations Emily and we wish you lots of luck in your future endeavors.

If you are a junior this year and would like to be a senior model rep for the class of 2017, please let us know.
